Kai Wist specializes in domestic and international taxation. During his 35 years long career he has worked in a local bank, with tax matters in the Helsinki Administrative Court and as a Tax Parter at PwC Finland. During his almost 30 years long career with PwC he was among other things responsible for international mobility related matters and individual tax planning.

His clientele includes major global corporations, directors of multinational companies, wealthy individuals, sportsmen and international investors. He assists clients with tax advice, domestic and international tax planning, tax returns, tax appeals, responses in case of a tax inspection, tax planning in case of moving in or out of Finland, tax treaty consultation, deeds of acquisition, deeds of gift, marriage contracts, custody related matters, drafting wills and estate inventory deeds as well as succession planning. Kai is fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English.
